Meet Daniel Lenhardt

“I was 16 when a talent scout visited my school in the countryside of southern Brazil. They selected me to join a casting agency in São Paulo. Since then, I moved to São Paulo, and that’s when everything began.”

In an industry where image is everything, Daniel stays grounded in his values: “I like to connect with the things I believe in. I’m the kind of person who needs to be close to nature and spend time alone. It’s important to know who you are and to stay connected with yourself.”

For Daniel, beauty goes beyond appearances: “Beauty isn’t just external; I believe it comes from within and reflects in my work. I take care of my body through exercise, meditation, and grooming.”

His work as a model is more than just a job: “Modelling is similar to acting because you need to deliver what the client is looking for. If I accept a job, I give 100% of myself. I love the challenge and adventure of being in front of the camera.”

On the shifts in the fashion industry, Daniel reflects, “I wish models were valued as much as they were in the 90s and 2000s. Today, brands often don’t give us the recognition we deserve… With the rise of social media, ‘digital creators’ are frequently hired for modelling jobs and sometimes get paid more than professional models.”

A nature lover at heart, Daniel’s advocacy is clear: “I am a guy who loves the nature, and I try to bring that subject for people to be conscious and remind that nature is our home.”

He stays focused despite the constant spotlight: “For me, it’s so normal that I keep my focus on my work and on what I am doing, but not on people’s reaction or opinion.”

When asked about how he balances his professional and personal life, Daniel lets his playful side show. One thing interviewers rarely ask, he says with a smile, is, “How are your dogs?”
